On Wednesday nights, we are studying the book of Revelation. In this series titles "A Revelation of Jesus Christ", we explore the message of real Revelation, namely, the triumph of Jesus Christ.  In the course of discovering this picture of Christ, we will also address common questions like: Does the Bible say anything about what is happening in the world today? What will the return of Christ be like? Will we know when Jesus is coming back? What is "the Great Tribulation"? What about the "Anti-Christ"? What is going to happen to the Earth and the human race?

Join us, every Wednesday, at 7:00 PM

"Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a reproach to any people."
Proverbs 14:34

  • "I conceive we cannot better express ourselves than by humbly supplicating the Supreme Ruler of the World".  (Samuel Adams)
  • “It must be felt that there is no national security but in the nation’s humble acknowledged dependence upon God and His overruling providence.” (John Adams)
  • "The first and almost the only book deserving of universal attention is the Bible."  (John Quincy Adams)
  • Whoever shall introduce into public affairs the principles of primitive Christianity will change the face of the world."  (Benjamin Franklin)
  • "The sacred rights of mankind are not to be rummaged for, among old parchments, or musty records. They are written, as with a sun beam, in the whole volume of human nature, by the hand of the Divinity itself; and can never be erased or obscured by mortal power."  (Alexander Hamilton)

What do all of these quotes have in common? They came from the Founding Fathers of the United States of America--the framers of the Constituion. These and many other similar quotes and historical facts demonstrate that, without a doubt, we in 21st century America are the inheritors and benefectors of a rich legacy of Judeo-Christian values. Sadly and ironically, the very Christian faith and ethic that provided the foundation for the liberties and prosperity we now enjoy are under serious attack. History is being rewritten as evidence of our Christian history is systematically erased from our textbooks and our collective memory.

In the series "Our Godly History", we will revisit our history and rediscover some of the Bibical principles that made this nation great! Lest we forget, another Founding Father worned us long ago... "God who gave us life gave us liberty.  And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are of the Gift of God?  That they are not to be violated but with His wrath?  Indeed, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that His justice cannot sleep forever."  (Thomas Jefferson)

We do not oppose the free debate of ideas or questions concerning faith and values. Nor do we promote a notion of government where the church (any church) rules civic life. We do, however, oppose the rewriting of American history and the fostering of an atmospehere hostile to Christian faith and values.

Experiencing Holy Spirit
Sunday, 9:30 AM

/files/Pictures/Experiencing Holy Spirit.jpg  Holy Spirit is a person--the most important person on planet Earth today! We come to know Him as we come tho know any other person: through personal experience.

Remember the "dreaded" Biology class in highschool where we had to dissect an animal--often a frog. The animal had to be dead in order to be dissected and studied. Similarly, when we try to "dissect" Holy Spirit, we kill our relationship with Him. So in this series we pursue an ongoing encounter, a growing experience, with the Third Person of the Holy Trinity.

We invite you to join us in this journey!
